Booking Conditions

FCK IT BOOK IT — Independent UK Travel Agency

Last updated: August 2026

Important

Your specific booking confirmation and the booking conditions applicable to the Supplier or tour operator will take precedence for the individual travel arrangements you purchase. These terms set out FCK IT BOOK IT's role as travel agent. The Supplier's own terms also apply.

1. Our Role as Travel Agent

FCK IT BOOK IT acts as an independent travel agent. When you make a booking through us, we act as agent for the relevant travel supplier, tour operator, cruise company or other travel principal ("the Supplier"). Your contract for the travel arrangements you purchase is with the Supplier, not with FCK IT BOOK IT, unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. The Supplier's own booking conditions will apply to your booking in addition to these terms. We will provide you with the Supplier's booking conditions before you confirm your booking. Your specific booking confirmation and the booking conditions applicable to the Supplier or tour operator will take precedence for the individual travel arrangements you purchase.

2. Financial Protection

Financial protection varies depending on the holiday and the company providing the travel arrangements. FCK IT BOOK IT does not hold its own ATOL licence. Where we sell ATOL-protected flight-inclusive holidays as an authorised agent of an ATOL holder, the applicable ATOL protection is provided by the relevant principal ATOL holder. The ATOL holder and ATOL number will be identified on your booking documentation and ATOL Certificate where applicable. Where a booking is ATOL protected, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This document identifies the company providing the applicable ATOL protection and the services covered. Keep your ATOL Certificate safe. Not every holiday is ATOL protected. Protection depends on the specific booking and supplier. We will identify the applicable protection before or at the point of booking. Where an applicable booking arrangement involves an ABTA member, the relevant ABTA member and membership number will be identified in your booking documentation.

3. Making a Booking

To make a booking, please contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email. We will confirm availability and pricing with the relevant Supplier before confirming your booking. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us or the Supplier. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors. By making a booking, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the authority to make the booking on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

4. Payment

Payment arrangements vary depending on the Supplier and the type of booking. We will confirm the applicable payment terms before you confirm your booking. A deposit is usually required at the time of booking. The balance is typically due a specified number of weeks before departure. We will confirm the applicable payment schedule. FCK IT BOOK IT does not take online payments directly through this website. Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking. All customer monies are held in a trust account, ensuring your funds are protected at all times until your travel arrangements are confirmed with the Supplier.

5. Amendments

If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. Amendment fees may apply depending on the Supplier's booking conditions and the nature of the amendment. We will endeavour to accommodate amendment requests but cannot guarantee that amendments will be possible. The Supplier's amendment policy will apply.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply in accordance with the Supplier's booking conditions. Cancellation charges typically increase as the departure date approaches. We will confirm the applicable cancellation charges at the time of booking. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellation costs.

7. Supplier Changes and Cancellations

Occasionally, Suppliers may need to make changes to or cancel your booking. We will notify you as soon as possible if a Supplier makes a significant change to or cancels your booking. Your rights in the event of a Supplier change or cancellation depend on the Supplier's booking conditions and, where applicable, the Package Travel Regulations. Where your booking is a package holiday, you may have the right to a full refund or an alternative holiday if the Supplier makes a significant change or cancels.

8. Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, for your destination. Passport and visa requirements vary by destination and nationality. We recommend checking the requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate and the UK Government's travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. We accept no responsibility for any costs or losses arising from failure to obtain the correct travel documentation.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, personal liability and other relevant risks. We can provide information about travel insurance options. Please ask us for details.

10. Special Requirements and Accessibility

If you or any member of your party has a special requirement, disability or medical condition that may affect your holiday, please inform us at the time of booking. We will endeavour to pass your requirements to the relevant Supplier but cannot guarantee that all requirements can be accommodated. Please confirm directly with the Supplier that your requirements can be met.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your holiday, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problem arises during your holiday, please report it to the Supplier or their local representative immediately so that they have the opportunity to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with the response, please contact us on your return. We will investigate your complaint with the relevant Supplier and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly. Full details of our complaints procedure are available on our Complaints Procedure page.

12. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. We will share your personal data with the relevant Supplier(s) as necessary to fulfil your booking. Suppliers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. By making a booking, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These booking conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
